Chef  Lorne Ellison

Lead Instructor at Louisiana Technical College Sidney Collier Campus as of Oct. 11, 2004. Previously a Culinary Instructor at Louisiana Technical College- Slidell Campus, Chef Lorne graduated from the Culinary Institute of New Orleans in 2000. He was a recipient of a silver medal in the junior soup category in 2001. Chef Lorne received the 2004 ACF'S Steady Eddie award in Chicago, IL at the regional conference. He is a proud member of the New Orleans chapter and will continue to support this outstanding Chefs’ association.
