April 18, 2004, a reception was hosted to welcome the representatives
from The American Culinary Federation sent to the Slidell
Campus of the LTC to consider them for acredidation in
the ACF. Jan Rost (Vice President of the ACFNO), Instructor
for the Culinary Program at the LTC, and her Culinary Students
prepared an impressive spread of tantalizing taste treats
for the Accredidation Reception-guests to enjoy. |
